Casa Al Mare Site Plan
The site is set within a private residential belt. This is a squarish parcel of land, oriented in a north-easterly / south-westerly direction, with access from Jalan Loyang Besar along the south-west boundary.
To the other three sides are 3-storey high condominiums with pitched roofs. This should allow residents of higher floor units facing northwards some glimpses of Pasir Ris Park, and the sea beyond that.

New condominiums around this location are in short supply; in fact there have not been any available for sale for quite a while. The last one launched was Sea Horizon, an executive condominium across the road from the Casa Al Mare location, that opened for sale 5 years ago, in 2013.

Location. Located in Pasir Ris, a waterfront town with a breezy, relaxing resort feel in the air. A 3 minute stroll around the corner will take you to Pasir Ris Park and Beach – where you can go for walks, or cycle or picnic or just relax by the beach, soothed by the sound of waves.
Eateries, Shops, Banks, Library, Supermarkets. Yet it is a mature estate with a full range of supporting amenities. Nearest NTUC Fairprice supermarket from the Casa Al Mare condo location is at E-Hub down the road. Main shopping centre White Sands Mall a 17 – 19 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away.
Alternatives are a 7 minute drive to Tampines Retail Mall (IKEA Tampines, Giant Hypermart, Courts), or to Changi Village or Changi City Point Mall @ Singapore Expo. Or a 9 minute drive to Tampines Mall or Century Square.
Not forgetting the shopping options at Changi Airport itself, especially the about-to-complete exciting Project Jewel, envisaged as a “world-class, signature lifestyle destination”.
Recreational Amenities. Abundance of these around the Casa Al Mare location. Downtown East and Wild Wild Wet @ Downtown East (2 minutes walk down the road), Aloha Loyang, Cherryloft Resort, Gallop Stable, Kayak Rentals, Mainland Tropical Fish Farm.

Slightly further afield, but still within a 10 minute drive, we have Temasek Polytechnic and the United World College South Asia in Tampines, and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) nearer to Changi.
Nearest MRT Station. The Casa Al Mare condo location is not as isolated as it appears at first glance. It is just 1.2km or 3 bus stops to Pasir Ris Central and MRT station. From there it’s about 30 minutes by train to Raffles Place station (check it out here).
This place is also very convenient to Changi International Airport – less than 10 minutes drive in fact.
Rental Catchment. Can come from Changi Business Park, UE BizHub East, the Japanese School, the United World College of South East Asia, the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and crew / operations / support staff of Changi Airport.
Changi Business Park alone has a working population of 20,000, many of them expatriates. UE BizHub East, with a nett leasable area of close to 550,000 square feet, is an integrated development comprising a retail mall, offices, a convention centre, and a business hotel.
