Architectural Design of Belgravia Green Floor Plans
The architectural concept is one of elegance and simplicity. It subscribes to the notion that “less is more” – that beauty and good design can arise from simplicity and clarity.
Belgravia Green embodies contemporary living, with a bold asymmetrical design that creates a rhythmic wave through the development. The façade incorporates a 3-dimensional fin design that provides privacy, shelter, and sun-shading.
Warm toned aluminium frames are used at the ground level, to reduce the sense of separation between indoor and outdoor. This creates a feeling of increased depth of the interior spaces, by extending visually out to the external landscape.
There are two types of terrace units. Type 1 comes with a private home lift serving the basement floor to roof terrace level. Type 2 does not have a home lift installed, to cater to those who prefer not to have one.

Access to the Belgravia Green site is via the new road, Belgravia Drive, off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. It is buffered from the traffic noise of Avenue 5 by a 100m wide open green space in between, as well as by the grounds of the Nim Collection cluster houses.

The Belgravia Green site is flanked by Belgravia Villas, the 1st phase of the Belgravia estate to its east, with Nim Gardens and the 99-year leasehold Nim Collection cluster housing, to its west.
Shops, Banks, F&B, Supermarkets. As with most landed housing estates, there is no mall or shopping centre within walking distance. The nearest big malls would be AMK Hub at Ang Mo Kio Town Centre, NEX at Serangoon Central, or Compass One at Sengkang Central, all about 10 minutes drive away.
And for some of the best hawker fare and interesting food hangouts, we have Chomp Chomp Food Centre and other F&B outlets at Serangoon Gardens, also around 10 minutes drive, as is Jalan Kayu with its colourful food scene.
Schools. There are several primary schools within a 2km radius, the most notable of which is Rosyth Primary School, about 1.7km away.
Nearest MRT Station. The Belgravia Green location is not within easy walking distance to an MRT station. The nearest stations are Yio Chu Kang, and Ang Mo Kio MRT stations, around 7 bus stops away. That’s around 5 minutes drive off-peak. Both stations on the North-South line that goes directly to Orchard Road and Raffles Place.
Accessibility. The Belgravia Green location is actually more accessible than it seems at first glance. It is 5 minutes drive from the Central Expressway (CTE) exit, 15 minutes drive off-peak from Orchard Road, and 20 minutes from Raffles Place and the Marina Bay Financial District.
