Type X (TX) · A Tropical Enclave
The most identifiable of the 3 types. A green themed series with an aluminium trellis façade that facilitates a sun-shading ‘green wall’. The aim here is environmentally responsive architecture.

- Location. As with most landed residential estates, the Brooks Signature location is not within quick walking distance of amenities. It would not enjoy such a quiet ambience otherwise. But it is generally within easy reach of most amenities.

Shopping, Supermarkets & Food. Within 3km of Northpoint Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the north. Also around 4km to 6km from Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sun Plaza, and Thomson Plaza. You can catch buses along the main road that go to these centres.

Nearest MRT Stations. Closest existing stations are Khatib (less than 10 minutes drive) & Yishun (around 10 minutes drive). The nearest upcoming one is Springleaf Station on the Thomson East Coast Line (3 bus stops from Springside Drive), just 3 stations away from the future cross border rail link to Johor Bahru. The Thomson line will also link to Changi Airport in future.
- Accessibility. The Brooks Signature location is about 3 minutes drive to the SLE (Seletar Expressway) that links directly to the BKE, CTE & TPE, making most parts of Singapore quite accessible. It is in fact just 20 to 25 minutes drive to the CBD.
- Parks & Recreation. If there is one thing this place can boast of, it is proximity to reservoirs, parks, and nature. The Brooks Signature location lies between 2 water bodies, the Upper and Lower Seletar Reservoirs, and their parks. It is a short drive from the scenic Orchid & Seletar Golf & Country Clubs too. A bit further down Thomson Road is the Singapore Island Country & Golf Club. A generally green and pleasant environment.
